1/3 c nuts (nutrients, antioxidants, protein, healthy fat to help you lose weight)
Ghee spray (CLA which is cancer fighting, anti-inflammatory, digestion, healthy fat)
Sea salt (source of minerals, skin, digestion, hydration)
Put almonds in a little bowl.
Spray a little ghee on the nuts.
Sprinkle a little sea salt.
Toss and eat.
