Welcome 2023!! Are you excited about what the future holds? How do you feel about this past year?

I have to say I’m glad 2022 is gone. In fact, I am glad the years 2021 and 2020 are gone, to be totally honest.

Experiencing the PLANdemic that started in 2020 and all that it entailed was enough by itself. Then, going through 2 painful marriage separations in the last 2 years that recently ended in a divorce has brought much disappointment and grief to my heart. I am currently working through all this and will be glad to get to the other side.

I know each of you have gone through your own trials and probably much more severe than my own. If you have, I want you to know that I am truly sorry for the pain you have gone through however it was packaged. I hope that you know better days are ahead and that as God has promised, He will work things out for your good and His glory. Remember, God is a good God and He gives good gifts. The bad you experienced didn’t come from Him.

I usually put the bad stuff that happens into a few categories::

>The devil is very bad and he is constantly trying to steal, kill and destroy our lives and everything attached to it.

>People have a free will and sometimes make choices that end up hurting and making others suffer because of those choices.

>Last but not least, we live in a fallen world… so there’s that.

In the midst of it all though, we can look to the Lord to be what we need. Since He gave us Jesus, His most prized possession, then why would He withhold any good thing from us? The answer is, He won’t.

There’s so much more I could write but will save for another time. The main reason I wanted to touch base was to share a bit about the journey I have been on these last few years (especially since I haven’t touched base very much and for that I am sorry) and to also give you a free gift.

Click here for The Daily Wellness Log which I have created for you. This can be printed out so you can have a way to keep track of your accomplishments and what you are thankful for each day. When things are difficult and we are going through hard times, it’s super important to be grateful for the blessings that we do have, even the little ones.

To be totally honest, I have gotten off track in some of my health goals these last few years. Yes, even us Health Coaches get off track from time to time. I find that if I can keep track of the things that are on this handout, it helps me to see where I am doing good and where I can do a little better.

I hope that you find it helpful too. Let me know if you like it and how you will use it. If you find it is too overwhelming then just pick one or two categories to fill out like the gratitude section and the water intake section or whatever resonates with you.

If there is anything I can help you with, please reach out to me. May you see the goodness of the Lord more clearly than you ever have. Rest in His love for you which is more than you can ever imagine!

Love, health and blessings to each of you!
